In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to Ratio Anchor in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or CHF 100 if no such payments have been made.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

5.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
